About Greg Hoffmann
Greg Hoffmann has successfully navigated the rough waters of law, arbitration and mediation for over 25 years. His highly successful dispute resolution strategies were born from his extensive background in all facets of business matters, including commercial, licensing, corporate, franchise, employment, intellectual property law as well as securities and commodities law.
Now as president of Hoffmann Mediation, Mr. Hoffmann continues to focus his energies on dispute resolution matters that involve business, commercial, franchise, employment and intellectual property matters, both domestic and international. These include, among others, licensing disputes, patent, trademark and copyright infringement claims and valuations, franchise disputes, commercial transactions, corporate and securities matters, shareholder disputes, and employment matters.
Mr. Hoffmann has been a member of the Bar Associations in the states of Florida, Missouri and Alaska for over 30 years and is a Florida Certified Civil Court and Federal Court Mediator and Arbirator. He is a commercial arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association where he has handled a variety of matters, including large complex cases. He also serves as an arbitrator for the Financial Industry National Regulatory Association (“FINRA”). He is an adjunct professor in business and entrepreneurship at Webster University, an adjunct professor at The Keller Graduate School of Management and has been a visiting professor in entrepreneurship at the University of Trinidad and Tobago.
Having a life-long passion for marine biology, Greg Hoffmann often volunteers as a guide and educator at Mote Marine Laboratory in Sarasota Florida. He also serves on several charitable boards and is the Chair for the Manasota Chapter of Score. He resides with his wife in Longboat Key Florida.
