The Florida Supreme Court’s Administrative Order mandating mediation in residential foreclosure actions has also increased Mr. Hoffmann’s training activities. He regularly lectures on the dynamics of foreclosure mediation, communication skills and ethical considerations in the emerging area of dispute resolution.
